If a plumbing repair needs the water shut off, whether it's the whole property or just this unit.

In multifamily properties, the thermostat is sometimes in a different apartment and controlled by another tenant.

Bright exteriors matter for tenants arriving at night. If not bright, are you open to adding lighting?

If you don't have one, we'll require one. Safety is our #1 priority.

Each town has its own requirements; we'll add alarms if needed.

Are the ceilings between apartments insulated? If not or unsure, describe the level of noise.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 = highest intrusion), describe noise from squeaky floors.

Describe the flooring throughout and where (hardwood, LVP, carpet, tile, etc.).
