It's the smallest footprint of our homes and the easiest on your budget, and that's exactly the point. The whole condo is yours and yours alone, never a shared room and never shared with a host or other guests, tucked into a well-kept property just minutes from Manhattan. City energy by day, real rest at night, and nothing on your list but unpacking.

Walk in and it's already done. The bedroom is a proper room behind a door you can close, with a comfortable queen bed, room-darkening shades, and a 50-inch smart TV with a sound system for winding down. The kitchen is built to cook in, not just reheat: a countertop stove and a Cuisinart that air-fries, grills, and toasts mean a real dinner beats waiting on delivery, with the refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle handling the rest. A table for two works for meals or a laptop, on private 850+ Mbps Wi-Fi that belongs to this home alone, so your calls never drop. The bathroom is its own room with a glass stand-up shower and a rain shower head, and two closets mean your things have somewhere to live for the next few months.

Getting around

One of the best parts of staying here is how simple it is to reach the city. You're directly across from Manhattan with several easy ways in. The NJ Transit 159 and 154 buses are the main routes to Port Authority and Times Square in Midtown, with the 156, 128, and 158 lines also nearby. The Port Imperial ferry crosses to Midtown by water, and the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail connects to the PATH train for direct service into Manhattan and the World Trade Center. Rideshare is always available, and we recommend it to and from Newark, LaGuardia, and JFK airports. Travel times can vary with rush hour, weather, and local events, so the NJ Transit app is handy for live times.

The neighborhood

You get the best of both worlds here, a calm place to come home to with real city life just outside the door. Bergenline Avenue, one of the busiest shopping and dining streets in the county, is a short walk away, lined with restaurants, cafes, markets, and pharmacies for everything you need day to day. The Hudson River waterfront walkway is close by, with open skyline views that make for a beautiful morning run or an easy evening stroll. Lively and convenient by day, restful by night.

Booking & stay basics

This is a monthly furnished rental with a 31-night minimum and a six-month maximum, in line with local rules. We share your check-in details before arrival, and late arrivals are always welcome. Every reservation completes a quick guest screening, which we send through Truvi (or a similar service) once your booking is confirmed, to be completed before check-in. The home is smoke-free, pet-free, and not suited for parties or events. Our monthly rate already includes the long-term discount, with utilities and Wi-Fi built in.

Good to know

A few honest details so you can plan with confidence. There's no washer or dryer inside the unit, though a convenient wash-and-fold laundromat is just one street away. Like any densely populated area this close to Manhattan, street parking can be limited and there's no dedicated on-site parking. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer a visitor parking pass. If you prefer to drive, monthly parking is available at the Port Imperial garage in Weehawken, and most guests leave their car there and get around easily by transit. Casita is a compact one-bedroom: a private, separate bedroom with an open, combined kitchen and dining area rather than a separate living room, which is exactly what keeps it our best value near the city. It's a comfortable fit for one guest or a couple.
